eSIM Compatibility

Check If Your Phone Supports eSIM

Before purchasing a travel eSIM, please make sure your phone is unlocked and supports eSIM installation.

Important: Your device must be both eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. If your phone is locked by your carrier, the eSIM may not work.

1. Your Phone Must Support eSIM

eSIM is a digital SIM built into compatible phones. Not every phone supports eSIM, even if it can use a physical SIM card.

2. Your Phone Must Be Unlocked

A carrier-locked phone may reject travel eSIM plans. Please confirm your phone is unlocked before purchase.
