Install Your eSIM in Minutes

Follow these simple steps to install your travel eSIM and get connected at your destination.

Before you start: Please make sure your phone is unlocked, eSIM-compatible, and connected to stable Wi-Fi.

Purchase Your eSIM Plan

Choose your destination, data amount, and service days. Complete your order through checkout.

Receive Your eSIM by Email

After purchase, your eSIM details and QR code will be sent to your email. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

Install the eSIM

Scan the QR code or follow the manual installation instructions. We recommend installing your eSIM before travel while connected to Wi-Fi.

Turn On Data Roaming

When you arrive at your destination, select your eSIM for mobile data and turn on data roaming.

Installation Guide by Device

The exact steps may vary by phone model and software version, but the process is usually simple.

Install eSIM on iPhone +
  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Cellular or Mobile Data.
  3. Tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.
  4. Scan the QR code sent to your email.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.
  6. When you arrive, turn on Data Roaming for the eSIM.
Install eSIM on Android +
  1. Open Settings on your Android phone.
  2. Go to Connections, Network & Internet, or SIM Manager.
  3. Choose Add eSIM, Add mobile plan, or Download SIM.
  4. Scan the QR code sent to your email.
  5. Follow the instructions on your phone to complete setup.
  6. Turn on Data Roaming for the eSIM when needed.

Important Notes

  • Your phone must be unlocked and eSIM-compatible.
  • Please install your eSIM with stable Wi-Fi.
  • Do not delete your eSIM after installation. Deleted eSIMs may not be recoverable.
  • Most travel eSIM plans are data-only and do not include voice calls or SMS.
  • Activation rules may vary by plan. Please follow the instructions sent with your eSIM.
