eSIM installed but no signal

Make sure the eSIM is turned on and Data Roaming is enabled after you arrive at your destination.

Can I reinstall the eSIM?

Yes. This eSIM supports up to 10 installations on the same device. Reinstallation is allowed only while the QR code is valid before activation, or while the data plan is still valid after activation. It cannot be transferred to another device.

When should I install my eSIM?

You can usually install it before departure, but activation timing varies by plan. Follow the activation instructions in your delivery email and turn on Data Roaming when you reach the covered destination.
