Dial *#06# and make sure an EID is shown. For iPhone, also check Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock and make sure it shows No SIM restrictions.

Your eSIM QR code and installation link will be sent to your email.

Install before departure when possible.
Use the email quick link or manually scan the QR code. Activate after arrival and turn on data roaming. Validity starts only after connecting to a supported local network.

The QR code is valid for 6 months.
If it has not been used within 6 months, contact customer support and we will update the QR code for you.
