eSIM Top Partner Program

Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to participation in the eSIM Top Partner Program (“Program”) operated by Top Mobile LLC (“eSIM Top,” “we,” or “us”). By applying or promoting eSIM Top as an affiliate, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not participate.

1. Enrollment and approval

Apply through the official GOAFFPRO registration page and provide accurate information about yourself, your channels and your audience. Applications are reviewed manually. You may promote the Program only after eSIM Top approves your account and your tracking access is active. Approval is not guaranteed and may be withdrawn as described below.

2. Tracking and attribution

Use the unique tracking links and any coupon codes issued to you through your approved GOAFFPRO account. The tracking cookie is currently set to 7 days. Attribution is determined by the records available in the GOAFFPRO portal; tracking can be affected by browser settings, cookie restrictions, device changes, competing attribution or technical interruptions. We do not guarantee that every referral will be tracked or attributed to you.

3. Commission and eligible orders

The current standard commission rate is 10%. No higher performance tier is currently active. Unless we notify you prospectively in writing through the portal or email, no order-volume threshold changes this rate.

Commission is calculated on the product amount after customer discounts, including automatic store discounts, and excludes shipping and taxes. The current portal setting adjusts commission in proportion to discounts. The rate applies only to eligible referred sales recorded to your approved account.

GOAFFPRO is set to update sales automatically as the associated Shopify order status changes. A referral is not a guaranteed commission. Canceled, refunded, returned, charged-back, fraudulent, duplicate, unpaid or otherwise invalid orders may be rejected or have commissions reversed or adjusted. If an order is partially refunded, the commission may be adjusted to reflect the amount retained from eligible products.

4. Self-purchases and prohibited conduct

You may not use your own affiliate link or coupon for personal purchases. The portal is configured not to record such purchases for commission. You also may not generate referrals through cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake or misleading reviews, bots, impersonation, malware, spam, unauthorized coupon/deal sites, unauthorized trademark bidding, or any method that violates law, platform rules or another party’s rights. Do not make unapproved discounts or claims on eSIM Top’s behalf.

5. Honest promotion and disclosures

Make clear and conspicuous disclosures wherever you recommend eSIM Top or use an affiliate link or code. For example: “I may earn a commission if you buy through this link.” On social media, place the disclosure where people will see it with the endorsement; in video, include it in the video as well as the description where appropriate. Follow applicable advertising laws and platform policies.

Only make factual product claims supported by current eSIM Top product pages. Plans vary by destination, data allowance, validity, compatible devices and other details. Do not guarantee coverage, network availability, speed, activation timing, device compatibility or refund outcomes. Refer travelers to the current product page and official support for exact plan details.

6. Commission review and payment

Commissions remain subject to order-status verification and review for invalid activity. The current GOAFFPRO account does not have a published payout schedule or minimum payout threshold. Affiliate payment requests and a commission hold-time setting are not enabled in the current plan. eSIM Top will confirm payment timing and the available payment method directly with approved partners; these terms do not promise a fixed payout date or minimum amount. Keep your payout details accurate in your account and contact us about payment questions.

7. Brand assets and content

Use eSIM Top names, logos, links and supplied materials only to promote the Program. Do not alter brand assets, imply that you are an employee or official representative, register confusingly similar names or domains, or suggest that eSIM Top endorses content beyond the approved partnership. We may ask you to correct or remove content that breaches these terms.

8. Suspension, termination and changes

Either you or eSIM Top may end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account, tracking or unpaid commissions if we reasonably suspect a violation, fraud, unlawful activity or material risk to customers or the Program. We may change the Program, eligible products or commission terms prospectively by notice through the portal or email. Changes do not create a higher rate for activity before the effective notice. Valid commissions remain subject to order verification and applicable law.

9. Independent relationship, taxes and responsibility

You participate as an independent publisher and are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, permissions and compliance obligations. These terms do not create employment, agency, franchise, joint venture or authority to bind eSIM Top. You are responsible for your content and for obtaining rights to any materials you publish.

These terms describe the Program settings reviewed on October 28, 2026. Where the live GOAFFPRO record controls tracking or order status, that record determines the recorded referral activity. Mandatory applicable law prevails.
