When does my data plan start?
Why must I enter a valid email address at checkout?
Your eSIM QR code and installation link are sent to the email address entered at checkout. Please check the address carefully before completing payment.
How long is the eSIM QR code valid?
The QR code is normally valid for 6 months before first use. If it expires before installation, contact customer support and we will help update it.
What should I do if I cannot install or connect the eSIM?
Contact our support team with your order number, phone model and a screenshot of the issue. We will help troubleshoot the installation or connection, so you do not need to buy another plan.
Can I request a refund?
If the eSIM has not been installed, cannot be installed or cannot connect, contact support for review. Refund eligibility depends on the installation and usage status and follows our refund policy.
