How does a travel eSIM work? +
After you purchase a travel eSIM plan, your eSIM details will be sent by email. You install the eSIM on your compatible phone, turn on data roaming for the eSIM, and connect to a supported local network at your destination.
Do I need a physical SIM card? +
No. An eSIM is installed digitally on your phone. You can usually keep your original physical SIM card in your device while using the travel eSIM for mobile data.
Device Compatibility
Is my phone compatible with eSIM? +
Your phone must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. Many recent iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and selected Android models support eSIM, but compatibility may vary by model, region, and carrier.
What does carrier-unlocked mean? +
A carrier-unlocked phone can use SIM or eSIM plans from different carriers. If your phone is locked to a specific carrier, a travel eSIM may not work. Please check with your carrier before purchase.
How can I check if my phone supports eSIM? +
On iPhone, go to Settings → Cellular or Mobile Data and look for Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan. On Android, go to Settings → Connections, Network & Internet, or SIM Manager and look for Add eSIM, Add mobile plan, or Download SIM.
Delivery & Installation
How do I receive my eSIM? +
Your eSIM details and QR code will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please make sure your email address is correct and check your inbox and spam folder after purchase.
When should I install my eSIM? +
We recommend installing your eSIM before travel while connected to stable Wi-Fi. Depending on the plan, activation may start after installation or after connecting to a supported network. Please follow the instructions sent with your eSIM.
Can I delete and reinstall my eSIM? +
Please do not delete your eSIM after installation. In many cases, deleted eSIM profiles cannot be recovered or reinstalled. Contact support before deleting your eSIM or making repeated installation attempts.
Do I need Wi-Fi to install the eSIM? +
Yes. Please install your eSIM while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. A weak connection may interrupt the installation process.

Does the eSIM include a phone number? +
Most travel eSIM plans are data-only and do not include a phone number, voice calls, or SMS unless clearly stated on the product page.

What happens when my data runs out? +
Once your data is used up or the validity period ends, the plan may stop working or slow down depending on the product. You can purchase another eSIM plan if you need more data.
